La Laiterie - Les Granges

A warm welcome awaits you at La Laiterie, an ideal holiday rental for small families. This modern and spacious apartment is located on the ground floor of a large converted barn. You won't be disappointed with the two large, comfortable sofas where you can relax with your family. For family meals, you'll find everything you need in the well-equipped kitchen and dining room. The bedrooms offer comfort for the whole family, with two single beds in one room and a double bed in the other. The bathroom is ideal for families with its walk-in shower and large storage drawers. If you need to get some work done during your stay, the master bedroom has a work area with Wi-Fi. You can step outside the bedroom onto the private covered terrace where you can spend time with your family in the private hot tub or enjoy a quiet evening drink.

Although La Laterie appears private, it is located in a courtyard shared with other gîtes. Children will love our large saltwater pool while you relax on the terrace or artificial grass and enjoy the magnificent view.

Booking Conditions
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Maximum occupancy is 4 adults/children and 1 baby.
A cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
When booking, we take a 25% deposit. The balance will be taken from your card six weeks before the start of your chosen holiday. If you book less than six weeks in advance, we will take the balance within 24 hours of booking. If you prefer to pay the balance by bank transfer, just let us know.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your holiday and receive a full refund up to 42 days before the holiday start date.
After this time, full payment will be required.
