La Maison

A chalet awaits you at La Maison, our spacious, renovated stone farmhouse, located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, near Sarlat, the Lascaux caves, and the must-see villages of the Dordogne's Golden Triangle. This is also a large gîte, Les Granges, ideal for families and groups, able to accommodate up to 8 people.

The kitchen space is equipped with a kitchen and an American refrigerator, perfect for preparing convivial meals. The large living room/dining room can be comfortably accommodated for up to 8 people.

From the outside, benefit from the large garden, with patio, outside furniture and barbecue, all with access to the outdoor swimming pool and the environmental camp.

The air-conditioned floors are compatible:

• 1st floor: two bedrooms en suite (1 queen size + 1 double bed)
• 2nd floor: a bedroom with two single beds + a double bedroom with a shared bathroom

The house is located in a courtyard shared with our other cottages and benefits from direct access to the swimming pool.

Booking conditions

• No pets allowed
• Maximum occupancy: 8 adults/children + 1 baby
• Baby cot and high chair available on request

When booking, only a 25% deposit is required, with the balance due 42 days before your arrival. If the booking is made less than 42 days before the start of your stay, full payment is due immediately.

Payment will be taken by credit card on or around the due date. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us. Please note that the final payment will include the tourist tax.

• Cancellation with full refund up to 42 days before the start of your stay
• After this period, full payment will be required.
