1. Accommodation

Les Granges included four furnished tourist accommodations: La Maison, Le Fenil, La Laiterie, and Chez Hortensia. These accommodations are intended for temporary holiday use and may not be used as a primary residence or for illegal purposes.

Only the number of people declared at the time of booking is permitted. Infants under 2 years old may stay in addition to the maximum capacity indicated.

2. Booking and payment

For direct bookings made more than 42 days prior to arrival, a 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking, and the remaining 75% is due 42 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made 42 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the rental price is payable at the time of booking.
Tourist tax is separate from the rental price and is charged in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Cancellation

• Cancellation more than 42 days before arrival: all payments made are fully refunded.
• Cancellation 42 days or less before arrival: the full rental price remains due and is non-refundable. For bookings made within 42 days of arrival, full payment is therefore due immediately and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

It is recommended to purchase appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.

4. Arrival and departure

Arrival from 4:00 PM. Departure no later than 10:00 AM. Any early arrival or late departure requires prior agreement.

5. Children, swimming pool and jacuzzi

Children are welcome. Parents or guardians are responsible for their supervision, especially around the pool and jacuzzi. Detailed pool and jacuzzi rules are included in the Guest Information Booklet and must be followed.

6. Animals and tobacco

Pets are not allowed. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodations.

7. Accommodation maintenance

Tenants must take care of the accommodation, furniture, equipment, and facilities. Any damage, breakage, or loss must be reported promptly. No security deposit is required, but the tenant may be liable for reasonable repair or replacement costs resulting from their negligence, misuse, or willful act, subject to applicable law.

8. Cleaning and waste

Tenants must leave the accommodation in a reasonably clean and tidy condition and comply with waste and recycling guidelines. Exceptional cleaning required by misuse may be charged to the extent permitted by law.

9. Noise and gatherings

Tenants must respect other tenants and the neighborhood. Excessive noise, parties, and events are not permitted without prior agreement.

10. Breakdowns and maintenance

Any problems should be reported as soon as possible during your stay so that we can make a reasonable effort to resolve them. We cannot guarantee the continuous availability of all facilities in the event of unexpected breakdowns, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Access and personal belongings

The owner or their representative may need access to the accommodation for an emergency, essential maintenance, repairs, or for security reasons; except in emergencies, reasonable notice will normally be given. Tenants are responsible for their personal belongings.

12. Wi-Fi and energy consumption

Wi-Fi is provided for reasonable use, but its availability and speed cannot be guaranteed at all times. Heating, air conditioning, water, and other utilities should be used responsibly.

13. Complaints

Any problem must be reported during the stay and we must have a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before any request is made after departure.

14. Circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for any impossibilities or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to exceptional weather conditions, natural disasters, fire, flood, major utility outages, government restrictions, epidemics, war, or civil unrest. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be legally excluded.

15. Consumer mediation

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code relating to "mediation of consumer disputes," after contacting us and if you do not receive a satisfactory response, you have the option of using a free mediation procedure with a consumer mediator:

16. Applicable Law and Acceptance

These terms and conditions and all direct rental agreements are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Any dispute will first be subject to an attempt at amicable settlement and, if necessary, to consumer mediation.

By confirming a direct booking, the renter confirms having read and accepted these General Rental Conditions and agrees to ensure they are respected by all members of their group.
